In fact it depends on the use of "have" in that sentence. If it's the main verb ,showing posession of an object (e.g i have a goof friend) it is incorrect to write it that way (I've a friend) and you should say it this way (I've got a friend) so that it will be correct

In case it's an auxiliary (e.g i have been in coma for two years) there is no problem at all in summing it up /& saying I've been in coma for teo years.

when asking a question under what condition .....? is the correct form. However, there are phrases like on/in no condition, and also in the condition of that make sense as well

yes it is. :D &on is the right prep. However i think "and" should be omitted

Each one of them can be right depending on the specific meaning of "condition" on which u R emphasising on, in the sentence
