posts like " he/she is good" i dont know him/her "
should be deleted in my idea
u dont know the guy then dont post about him/her and let sb who knows about her/him post

You're Right. some posts should be deleted but there's a problem that when I know that not many people know me in this site I 'd better not post here anymore!((and I don't post here much)). cuz the posts which are after me will not be very good. right?
I think this idea can just be suitable for people who may know each other here.
anyway:
I think "Fireball" is one of the active people in english forum. he studies biology for olampiad and not anymore!( I apologize because I didn't know much but I posted!)
