in farsi we say:nemitunam nakhoramesh!
if that was wrong wat is the correct form of this sentense?

The correct form is:I can't avoid eating​

yep,It's wrong;
Because this sentence will be like this:"I cannot not to eat it."And this structure is not correct.
I think the best way is adding the word "avoid"in the sentence​

Well,It depends on the necklace & the stone!
One meaning of the word "stone"is related to the Precious jewelry.
& also gem means precious Stone(the value of being precious is more than Stone).So Depending on the value of the necklace you can choose one of these words​

why the structure "i cannot not to eat " is wrong?

Because we can't use two 'not's after each other, in a sentence which contains 'can'.​

We use 'not' to make the meaning of a sentence negative & all of them refers to a main or helping verb.
What does the second 'not' refer to?​

And also we use 'not to' in indirect speech not in a direct speech which starts with 'can'!​

it means that he cant control himself and he wants to eat more

for example: a fat man is eating. you ask him stop eating but he is still hungry then he says i cant help it
it means that he cant control himself and he wants to eat more
this is exactly what you want to say
