ok ok so tell me what does it mean:
One of the students who were having the exam fainted

It means some students were taking exam & one of them fainted.​

i think our dude has forgotten to put the puncts! cuz if u say one of the student who were having the exam fainted, it's like to say one of the guys who were having the wall painted(for exmp.)there are 2 problems here:
1.the sentence is imcompelete
2.the wall can be painted but the exam cant be fainted(the meaning is nonsense)
so as i guess WAS is better.

i think narges is right!
becuz as she said before this sentence (without any punctuation) means some students were having exame and one of them fainted so if we look at the blank carefully we'll see the verb should be related to students so we use WERE but if the sentence was like this : one the students , who ....having exame , fainted
we use "," to give extra information so the part who ... having exame is giving information about the student that is fainted so as it's clear becuz we are talking about one student we should use WAS!

What do these kind of sentences mean: You saving him (It's just like Present Continuos but no to be)​

These kinds of sentences are actually informal & grammatically incorrect.
They are just used in everyday conversations & the meaning changes from one sentence to another.
As I said there is no special meaning for them,& u have to understand from the previous sentences.
If the speaker is talking about present this sentence means"You are saving him."
If the speaker is talking about past this sentence means"You were saving him."
And sometimes it's a kind of question.for example:"you saving him?" means "Are you saving him?"
& it may have other meanings according to the previous sentences or the situation.

After "how come" you must use a subject.Because in fact,"how come"is the short form of saying "how did it come about that"/"how is it that"/"how comes it".
And it's used instead of "WHY"in speaking or sometimes writing. For example :"How come I have to study English?"
Implication means "delalat,eejab,mostalzem boodan,mafhoom"in persian languange.Ang the meaning might be different in every sentence.

Is it a question? The structure is like questions, but it seems to be a statement.
